Refund policy

Refunds and Returns

• Returns accepted for up to 7 days from receiving your order.
• Items must be returned for inspection first before refund/ exchange.
• Return courier/ postal fees for customer account.
• Goods must be in original condition, defective items returned by agreement only.
• Only item costs will be refunded – courier / postal costs will not be refunded as they are not recoverable.
